Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Social work/Social Science from a reputed institute
Experience: 3– 6 years’ experience of working in the Social Sector / NGO

Skills required: 
— Good oral and written communication skills (English/Hindi)
— Mobility within the assigned area

Job Overview: Responsible to support and coordinate all the training programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
> Training
— Support the Programme Director in the successful completion of the learners module.
— Prepare the new-trainees for the various training modules through counseling and guidance.
— Prepare and maintain the training schedule for all the inhouse and outbound and outsourced trainings.
— Arrange all the logistics related to the training.
— During training session coordinate and follow up with the trainers and the participants for successful completion of the all the modules.
— Monitor the progress and ensure that all the learning objectives set in the beginning of the programme are achieved.
— Analyze the progress of the trainees and accordingly adjust training schedule if required.
— Gather feedback from the trainees and the trainers and tabulate the same for future references.
— Follow 360degree communication of the feedback gathered. (To the trainer, trainee and PD)
— Prepare Report Card of each participant for reference and to be used at the time of PTM.
— Visit the outbound training sites (IDTR, Red Cross and Crime for women cell) regularly to check the progress.

> Administrative Support
— Responsible to Manage the TF’s. Guide them to follow the training schedule given to them.
— Prepare formats for reports to used by TF’s and others.
— Maintain and update the personal files of the all the trainees.
— Maintain and update the database in the desired formats.
— Prepare and share reports/status with the Programme Director for analysis and reference.
— Provide status of the training development to the PD every fortnight in the desired format.
— Provide feedback about the progress of the individual trainees and maintain records of the same.
— Monitor attendance of the trainees and if a participant is absent/dropout for a long duratio coordinate with the mobilization team for a home visit.
— Home Visit of the trainees if required like to do the reference check in case of Social Security
loan.
— Escalate issues and concerns to the PD if required for proper and timely resolution.
— Plan and manage the training related expenses.

> People Support
— Should be flexible and modify the schedule(training) according to the progress of the trainees i required.
— Motivate and encourage the trainees to develop into confident and professional individuals.
— Manage conflict amongst the trainees or with TF’s independently if required take PD’s intervention.
— Play the role of a guide and a counselor.
— Patience is the key when you practice teaching and handle individual issues.

Remuneration: INR 3 lacs to 3.60 lacs
