Post-wise Requirements:
> Assistant Manager – MIS / M&E
Educational Qualification: Two years full-time Post Graduate diploma/Masters in Computer Science, M.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA from government recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementation of MIS and M&E for large development projects.
> Assistant Manager – Programme, Operations and Procurement
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural Development / Management / Business Administration / Commerce / Social Work/ Development Studies/ Economics / Statistics or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, management of Skill development initiatives. Experience of working with Govt. Project or Program is desirable.
Skills: — Proficiency in Hindi and English
— Should be proficient in MS-office.
> Assistant Manager – Placement
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Should have at least 3 years of experience in placement in State Govt. projects.
Skills: Should have specialization in operations or marketing.
— Proficiency in Hindi and English.
— Should be proficient in MS-office.
Remuneration: Remuneration would be INR 40,000 to INR 60,000

Terms of Enagagement:
— Contractual recruitment will be made for 3 years from the date of appointment which may be extended
further if required. However, contract may be terminated in case of unsatisfactory service.
— Remuneration is negotiable subject to the qualification and experience.
