Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in any Discipline
Experience:
— Minimum 7 years of experience in related field.
— Previous experience of PMKVY business will be preferred
— Experience of working with government business models is mandatory
Skills required:
— Must possess good Leadership skills with experience of managing a diversified team.
— Must have good Computer and Language Skills
— Ready to travel extensively
Job Overview: B-ABLE has aligned with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in the form of PMKVY program. The Project Head will be accountable for the Profit & Loss of the PMKVY project and will be responsible for operational strategies, business planning, achievements, financial results, quality standards in operations, employee growth and morale, partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Identifying new avenues of PMVKY Business Development and creating a viable business model for the business.
— Develop and define project goals and objectives
— Relationship management with NSDC at central level and service providers at regions.
— Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of PMKVY business to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
— Project implementation, management and monitoring for the vertical – reaching out to new geographical areas, building and strengthening partnerships.
— Ensure implementation of the project as per plan by fully complying to laid down quality systems, organizational policies and statutory norms.
— Extensive visits in the areas of operations and maintaining proper coordination with team.
— Recommend and implement necessary amendments to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
— Identify and analyse risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
— Responsible to achieve the top and bottom line targets by generating revenue and managing costs
— Ensure that the projects are adequately staffed with right quality of people in right roles with right attitude.
— Monitor the rapidly changing market needs and suggest appropriate strategy for better outcome.
