The Capital Goods & Strategic Skill Council (CGSSC) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed organizations/consultants/subject matter experts for the development of Qualification File (Q-File), Qualification Pack (QP), Model Curriculum (MC), Participant Handbook (PH), and Facilitator Guide (FG).
Scope of Work:
- Conduct research & validation to align with NSQF framework.
- Develop draft Q-File & QP as per NCVET guidelines.
- Design Model Curriculum (MC) with theoretical & practical components.
- Prepare industry-oriented Participant Handbook (PH).
- Develop a comprehensive Facilitator Guide (FG).
- Ensure compliance with NCVET standards.
- Incorporate feedback from CGSSC/Industry experts and finalize deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested organizations/individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in curriculum/qualification development in shipping/manufacturing related areas (minimum 1-year experience or proven record of development of qualifications under NCVET guidelines).
- Prior engagement with SSCs/NCVET preferred.
- Strong team of subject matter experts (SMEs) with industry exposure specific to maritime/
ship building/ port sectors. - Ability to deliver quality outputs within defined timelines.
