HMMU, JKRLM invites proposals/ EOI from registered Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) with MoRD, Govt. of India for the implementation of (Himayat) DDUGKY 2.0 for training and placement of the youth of UT of Jammu and Kashmir for the FY 2025-26.
This is in reference to the EOI issued by the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, HMMU, vide Notification no. COO/HMMU/JKRLM/CE/01/2024 for empanelment of agencies for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana 2.0 (Himayat) in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. As per Clause 2 of the said Eol, the office of the HMMU had invited proposals from PlAs that are registered with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, and have a valid Pennanent Registration Number (PRN), for training and placement of youth under the DDU-GKY 2.0 (Himayat).
It has come to notice that several agencies have applied for PRN registration and their applications are currently under evaluation with the MoRD . To ensure fair opportunity to all eligible applicants, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of proposals .
Accordingly, the revised timelines are as follows:
- Previous Last Date: 07/06/2025
- Extended Last Date: 30/06/2025
All other terms and conditions of the miginal Eol shall remain unchanged.
