Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM) through its notification number HSRLM/DDUGKY/2020/1080 invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) from the Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) under DDU-GKY in the state of Haryana. The submission of proposals would be open 24×7 that is interested elegible entities can submit proposals throughout the year. Every quarter PAC meeting will be convened by HSRLM and even at short intervals if required. The first PAC meeting is likely to be held in last week of April 2020. PIAs whose proposals are cleared by appraisal team 15 days prior to the date of PAC would be considered. Proposals may be submitted online at erp.ddugky.info . PIAs are also advised to go through the detailed Guidelines & SOP of DDUGKY before applying online. While preparing the proposal, latest CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into account. Further, PIAs may keep into consideration below mentioned points before applying:
1. Training will be for residential courses only.
2. Duration of the course to be undertaken has to be for minimum of 576 hours.
3. PIAs having captive placement & the big corporates will be preferred.
4. Existing PIAs empanelled under DDUGKY Haryana are eligible to apply only if they have completed 50% of training target and 20% of placement target in all the previously approved projects under DDUGKY Haryana.
The PIA will have to pay non-refundable application fee for an amount of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) through NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of NIRD&PR given below:

Subsequent to the online submission, soft copy (in pdf format) should be emailed to hsrlmddugky@gmail.com with in 2 days of submission of the online proposal. Hard copy of the proposal should be sent along with a complete set of supporting documents in secured envelope addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission, SCO-19 (Ist & IInd Floor), Sector – 16 , Panchkula, Haryana – 134108. The envelope should be super scribed with ‘DDUGKY Project Proposal’. Hard copies of proposals should reach this office within 10 days of submitting proposal online.
After clearing the initial screening stage, eligible PIAs have to deposit a fees of Rs. 1,49,000/- to NIRD&PR for undergoing Qualitative Appraisal.
