Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM) is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for allocating skill training targets in FY 2025-26 to various organizations (Government, Public Sector Undertaking, Universities/Colleges, Awarding Bodies, Industries, Society/Trusts) as skill training partner (TP) to impart Short Term Skill Training to youth of Haryana in NSQF aligned job roles along imparting of foreign languages with aims to empower youth so that they can avail better self-employment & wage employment.
The List of Sectors – Skills are as under:
- Logistic/Automotive – Left Hand Driving
- IT/ITES – Al based Advanced and Futuristic skills
- Automotive – Robotics
- Language – French, German, Spanish & Japanese
Interested organizations shall submit their proposal to Mission Director, HSDM at Kaushal Bhawan, IP-2, Sector 3, Panchkula in sealed envelope.
Terms of Reference:
- TP will submit the detailed proposal along requisite documents.
- TP will submit undertaking that no orders regarding legal disputes/ regulatory suspension/ blacklisting of their organization is issued or in-process.
- TP shall submit an undertaking regarding placement/employment norms against skilling targets along with signed MoU/Lol from Industry/Company
Last Date for Submission: 20 November 2025
Note: Concerned organization is required to submit the LoI/MoU with industries/companies for assurance of 70% placement/ self-employment against proposed target.
