The National Commission for Women (NCW), under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 to review the Constitutional and legal safeguards for women; recommend remedial legislative measures, facilitate redressal of grievances and advise the Government on all policy matters affecting women. For the financial year 2025-26, NCW invites applications through this EOI from eligible Implementing Agencies (IAs) in order to engage their professional assistance in organizing Seminars/Workshops/Capacity Building Trainings/Consultations, Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme (ESDP), Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Management Development Programme, Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme, Exhibitions etc., under the Training Cell,

Preffered Topics/ Themes: The Implementing Agencies (IAs) may make their respective application under, any one, or combination of one or more, of the following topics:

  1. Safety, Health & Empowerment
  2. Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013
  3. Digital Literacy
  4. Anti-Human Trafficking
  5. Cyber Security
  6. Entrepreneurship & Skill Development
  7.  Other Women Centric topics

Application Process: An IA satisfying the eligibility criteria mentioned in Point 4 can submit their application in the prescribed proforma (available on the official website at https://www.ncw.gov.in/) along with supporting documents and enclosures (including relevant accreditation certificates) through email to ramawatar.singh@nic.in; gunjansingh.ncw@gov.in; luckysharma.ncw@nic.in. Applicants must include detailed proposals specifying the geographical coverage of the training programs and the areas of specialization for advanced courses.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The selected IAs would be obligated to submit a report and data to NCW every three months for evaluating the programs or activities done.
  • The Commission reserves the right to review progress periodically and direct revision of programs or activities being conducted by the selected IAs.
  • The Commission reserves the right to disengage with the professional assistance of a selected IA without any advance notice in this regard.
