Dimapur : National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), MoRD GOI is implementing placement linked skill development program under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM), Rural Development Department, Government of Nagaland is the Nodal Agency for implementation of the program in the State.
NSRLM through its Notification NO.NSRLM/SMMU/EOI-DDU GKY/2017 invites proposals from registered Project Implementing Agency (PIA) with valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) No. (MoRD, GoI) to implement DDU-GKY Project in the State of Nagaland for skill training and placement of 3484 rural youths during the year 2019-22. As per guideline laid down by the Ministry, 208 candidates are reserved for Persons with disabilities (PWDs) category.
Interested Agencies may submit their proposal online at https://erp.ddugky.info/ along with application fee of Rs. 25,000/- drawn in favour of NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. ICICI Bank Ltd, A/c No. 000405015254, IFS Code- ICIC0000004, Branch code 0004, Free Press House 215, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021, MICR Code-400229002. The project appraisal fee will be applicable to the applicant PIA separately as per Notification No. 20/2017 Dated 3rd April 2017, Rural Skills Division of MoRD, Government of India.
Preference will be given to long term duration course (1152 Hrs and maximum of 2304 Hrs- 6 months, 9 months & 12 months course duration) and to agencies providing captive placement and those PIAs with training centres in Nagaland. Proposals from eligible PIAs covering PWDs candidates will be given preference.
PIAs are encouraged to apply for projects in the following sectors:
1. Automotive
2. Aviation
3. Capital goods
4. Constructions
5. Electronics
6. Financial services
7. Green energy
8. IT/ITES & Telecom
9. Tourism & Hospitality
10. Textiles
The proposals should be submitted on or before 31st January 2019, application received after aforesaid date shall not be entertained in this round of appraisal. Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected.
The application process is a complete online process hence there is no need to send the hard copy of documents. The entire process of application of proposals, screening & selection will be done strictly as per the guidelines and norms laid down by MoRD for the purpose.
