HMCGSSC Invites Proposals from Agencies To Conduct Skill Assessments Across India

Home Management & Care Givers Sector Skill Council (HMCGSSC) is inviting RFP/ proposals from eligible NCVET-affiliated Assessment Agencies (AAs) to be empaneled for conducting skill assessments in our Sector across India. Prospective Providers who meet the pre-qualification criteria may furnish their Request for Proposal (RFP) with all the necessary documents.

The council calls for ‘RFP from Assessment Agencies those have PAN India Affiliation status from National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) are eligible for empanelment and have assessment experience in Domestic Workers Sector’. Asessment Agencies those got state specific Affiliation status from National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) will be empanelment by default only in approved state.

Scope of Work:

  • Conducting theory and practical assessments as per SSC guidelines.
  • Deploying qualified assessors with relevant domain and assessment experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with NSQF, SSC, and NCVET guidelines.
  • Submitting assessment reports and results within defined timelines.
  • Maintaining assessment data and video recordings as per protocols.

Duration: Validity of MoU will be for one year from the date of signing of the MoU. 

Selection Procedure: The applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted application will be called for presentation. Post presentation those assessment agencies meeting the criteria and selected, will be issued LOI for empanelment and MoU will be signed.

About The Organization:

HMCGSSC is a non-profit company (Sec. 8) registered under the aegis of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, (MSD&E) with the purpose to define and operate this key Sector wherein the Care Givers and Domestic Workers can find decent employment through proper skilling, work, and safe and smooth migration, minimum wages and other aspects of social security. The sub-sectors covered are Housekeeping/ household Services and Caregiving (Non-Clinical). HMCGSSC partners with Training Providers and Assessment bodies for imparting training, and certification and constantly upgrading the skilling eco-system.
