Tirunelveli (Tamil Nadu) : The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, in association with Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, is offering free Broadband technician training to unemployed youths.
As internet usage has dramatically increased, Broadband technology is widely used to send and receive data. A lot of modems and broadband equipment are installed to cater to the internet requirement. To maintain the modems and the broadband equipment, a lot of skilled manpower is required in this field.
To impart broadband maintenance skills to unemployed youths of the district, BSNL in collaboration with TNSDC, is offering the ‘Broadband Technician’ training in the Office of the General Manager, BSNL at Vannarpettai here from March 15 by technical experts.
The trainees are not only imparted with knowledge in broadband but also their skills developed in maintaining broadband with practical sessions.
Registration Process:Â Interested candidates should register online using the link http://rgmttc.bsnl.co.in/jobportal. The candidates who have already registered need not register again. Transport allowance of Rs. 100 per working day will also be given to the trainees.
The candidates will be informed individually about the details of the interview. The candidates who are called for the interview should bring two sets of printout of the filled-in registration form and Aadhaar Card on March 15 at 9.30 a.m.
