Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent development studies, social work, rural development or appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 2 to 4 years; 1+ years of project management and implementation. Partner management and skill development centre management experience will be preferred.

Skills required:

  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Should have good written and oral communication skill.
  • Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication system. IT- know-how (MS Office, Access or other database programme).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project implementation.
  • Field team recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Liaison with local stakeholders such as community influencers, employers, local partners etc.
  • 7+ years of project management and business development experience, including tracking, budgeting and planning projects out of which the candidate should have 5+ years of experience working with funders in the development sector.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Remuneration: Commensurate with the background and experience of the candidate
