Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent
Experience: 2-4 years; 1+ years of project management and implementation. Partner management and skill development centre management experience will be preferred
Skills required: Good written and oral communication skill, Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication system. IT- know-how (MS Office, Access or other database programmes).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Programme management for new project: enabling linking girls & women with jobs or apprenticeship under DA-UNDP-NSDC PMU project.
- Managing demand & supply side (Trainees pools and Employers pools).
- Liaison with local stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Development of knowledge products in the area of skill development, apprenticeship, placements, livelihoods, and related themes.
Remuneration: Commensurate with the background and experience of the candidate
