Position: Facilitator ( Trainer )
Location: Mumbai and suburbs, Maharashtra
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate / MSW
Experience: 2-3 years of experience of conducting participatory trainings
Skills required:
— She/he should be able to facilitate training programs independently
— Should have sound knowledge of participatory trainings, methods, exercises, energizers and evaluation methods.
Role and Responsibilities:
— To facilitate the training programs for the school teachers and children.
— To liaison with the private and municipal schools to get permission to organize the trainings.
— To plan and facilitate the trainings in the schools.
— To understand the needs and concerns of the school going children.
— To submit the monthly reports to the organization.
— To attend the training programs/workshops/ conferences and meetings organized by the Nodal organization at outstation.
