Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Chennai/NCR India

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation, preferably with an MBA.
• Experience: Min 15 years of Experience, with 10 years of experience in Leather Industry and 5 years of experience in Skilling Ecosystem is required.
• Competencies:
  • Leadership and People Management Skills
  • Analytical Skills with strong Strategic Thinking abilities.
  • Expertise in managing training programs and business development.
  • Ability to make effective decisions and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Thorough understanding of Skilling ecosystem and Leather industry will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of financial management to ensure organizational sustainability and profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Council to achieve its goals as outlined by the Board of Directors and the Annual Business Plan set by the NSDC.
• Ensure adherence to the protocols and regulatory frameworks set by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote skill development, certification, and employment in the leather, footwear and its allied sectors.
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance training quality, increase workforce competitiveness, and meet industry demands.

Remuneration: As per industry standards
