About Lend-A-Hand India and OSDA:
Background about the Department: Our country is one of the few countries in the world where the working age population will be far in excess of those who will no longer be able to work. To fully realize the potential dividend offered by this demographic profile, it is necessary that all Indians acquire the education, training and skill that fully develop their individual capabilities. The Government of India recognizes that a concerted effort is required for the same, and has notified the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship on 9th December 2014 to make our country the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world. To complement the Central Government’s efforts on the ground, Government of Odisha has formed Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA).
Under the aegis of the proposed MoU between OSDA and Lend A Hand India the selected candidate will be part of Lend A Hand India’s team and will be deputed at OSDA-Bhubaneshwar. The consulting contract will be between the candidate and Lend A Hand India and NOT between the candidate and the OSDA.
