Educational Qualification: graduate
Experience:
— Proven experience in the field of Social innovation/enterprise/incubation with a good knowledge of the ecosystem, mentoring programs and impact investment
— Experience of working with public education systems is required
Skills required:
— Strong proven project management skills (including program planning, operations management and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting).
— Strong leadership skills( including staff management experience and the ability to build and lead teams)
— Presentation Skills
— Ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with outside organizations and with senior executives and represent company interests
— Motivator and facilitator, self-driven, persuasive, diplomatic, well networked, mental flexibility and integrity, cross-functional organizational ability
— Strong written and communication skill in English
— Proficiency in using social media and the web as the medium of outreach
Roles and Responsibilities:
Play a leadership role in the development and execution of strategies for the Social Innovation and Tech for Good vertical at NASSCOM Foundation, including the annual awards, grants, mentoring process, events and other knowledge products. Oversee fundraising, partnership building activities for the programs, including and engaging corporates to support programs Oversee operations and budgets related to programs Act as internal knowledge resource on IT for development, monitor key trends, competitive activity, and other issues of interest to the organization. Lead the research efforts as a part of the social innovation vertical.
