Position: Block Mobilization Executive
Reporting to: Regional Manager

Location: Jharkhand – Different Districts
Posting: They will be allotted one cluster/block in state of Jharkhand where they will have to stay and work from. It will involve travelling to all GPs/villages of the block in phased manner.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services or related field preferred or equivalents with relevant work experience.
- Masters/PG in Social Work, RD is a plus
Experience: – Minimum 3 years of work experience working with grassroots level organizations at village level. - Fresher including Engineering graduates may also apply for the 6 months internship program
Skills Required:
- Knowledge and Technical Skills
- In-depth understanding of rural development
- Excellent people skills, written and oral communication skills
- Experience assessing and developing relationships with stakeholders like govt. authorities/CBOs/NGOs
- Competencies and Abilities:
- Passion in working towards rural development and belief in PREJHA’s mission/model
- Organized and high attention to achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to collect meaningful data and draw solid conclusions and problem solving skills
Job Summary:
The Block Mobilization Executive will work closely with Kalyan Gurukul team in the district ensuring on-ground mobilization support with day-to-day project activities at village level and marketing campaigns. This will also involve working with various stakeholders/channels like government officials, village volunteers, PRI members to enable timely mobilization of rural youth of PREJHA’s Kalyan Gurukuls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop & manage a team of 10-15 village volunteers/mobilization channels across the block
- Act as a single point of contact & representative of PREJHA
- Work closely with village volunteers on daily basis to monitor their progress
- Provide support in marketing and training needs of volunteers, channel partners
- Develop strategic interventions to identify and strengthen channels that require extra support to continue meeting monthly mobilization targets
- Maintaining village-wise databases of all relevant information
- Liaison between BDO/DWO/JTDS offices, PREJHA HO team & other partners
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and share with reporting manager/HO team
