Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Experience:
— Experience of skill development Projects (size > INR 1 Crore inclusive of taxes) with any governments /
agencies / donors in India other than State Skill Missions/ Societies
— Experience of working on skill development projects (size > INR 1 crore inclusive of taxes) awarded by India’s leading private sector companies across the value chain
— Experience of working on a central/ state level MIS/ Dashboard/ Database capturing skill development data in India
— Experience of having worked/ working on projects with Government of Jharkhand funded by Centre / State departments / Donor agencies
— Experience of working with sector skill councils (SSCs)
Job Roles and Post-wise eligibility requirements:
Project Director :
Education: MBA / PGDM
Experience:
— Over 5 years of experience of managing skill based training programmes in large / mid-size organizations,
— Experience of collaboration with at least 10 corporate organizations for recruitment of educated/trained
students
— Experience of setting up of skill development centres
— Experience of at least 1 developing countries in skill development / training other than India,
— Total years of experience – 10
Social Mobilization Expert (No. of vacancies: 01):
Education: MBA/PGDM
Experience:
— Experience in areas of Social development / Skill development / Education / Rural development /
Livelihood
— Experience in programs based on Community-based approaches, IEC campaigns
— Experience working with NGOs / Civil societies
— Experience of having led social mobilization for at least 50,000 people in minimum 2 states in India in last 3 years
— Total years of experience – 5
District Consultants – Social Mobilization (No. of vacancies: 05):
Education: MBA / PGDM
Experience:
— Minimum 5 years’ experience relevant fields like counselling / social mobilization programs
— Should have demonstrable experience in interfacing with multiple media agencies and should
have co-ordination skills,
— Experience of help desk management in BPO/ service sector
— Total years of experience – 7
Skills:
— Fluency in spoken and written Hindi with familiarity in English
— fluency in ICT usage skills
