Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Experience:
— Experience of skill development Projects (size > INR 1 Crore inclusive of taxes) with any governments /
agencies / donors in India other than State Skill Missions/ Societies
— Experience of working on skill development projects (size > INR 1 crore inclusive of taxes) awarded by India’s leading private sector companies across the value chain
— Experience of working on a central/ state level MIS/ Dashboard/ Database capturing skill development data in India
— Experience of having worked/ working on projects with Government of Jharkhand funded by Centre / State departments / Donor agencies
— Experience of working with sector skill councils (SSCs)

CPMU Manager :
Education: Post-Graduation
Experience:
— Over 7 years of experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience in working with central/ state government/international funding agencies
— Experience in co-ordinating with the private sector employers for market assessment of manpower
— Experience in formulating Qualification Packs/ National Occupation Standards in coordination
with NSDC, State Sector Council and the relevant industry
— Total years of experience – 10
Manager (Placement) (No. of vacancies: 2)
Education: MBA/ PGDM
Experience:
— Total years of experience – 8
— Expertise on working with large/ mid-size organizations dealing with placement of students/ trained youth
— Should have successfully placed trained/skilled students > 2000 complete tenure
Manager (Skill Gap and Training Needs Analysis) (No. of vacancies: 2)

Experience:
— Total years of experience – 10
— Experience of conducting skill gap analysis with wider stakeholder consultations and ecosystem
— Experience of carrying out at least 2 Training needs Analyses

Social Mobilization – Media manager
Education: MBA/PGDM
Experience:
— Experience of media planning & interaction with various media agencies and engaged in a larger media ecosystem
— Experience in media planning, buying for sectoral promotion
— Experience of minimum 1 media project in Social sector campaign
