Skill Development for anganwadi workers, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation startes a drive with IIMTC
Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has begun a drive to enhance skills of its anganwadi workers, with the support of the International Institute of Management and Technical Studies (IIMTS), Ahmedabad.
Through the drive, the AMC is aiming to train more than 2,000 anganwadi workers. Recently, the joint certification programme with the IIMTS was rolled out. As many as 55 women anganwadi workers were part of the first batch.
