Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Hindi language
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience of capacity building efforts particularly involving Skill Development projects.
Skills required:
- Strong sense of professional commitment, maturity & social accountability.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, including writing skills in English and Hindi required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Willing to travel districts, state and out of state as per project needs.
- Willing to work in a startup environment with performance oriented mindset.
Job Overview: The position of Regional head (Skills) is to manage the project operations in Jharkhand and shall also find business tie-ups with organizations for new business opportunities in skill development sector in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To manage the operations of skill development project in Jharkhand.
- To generate leads for organizational tie-ups in Jharkhand particularly in skill development sector.
- Business development activities to set up skill based training centres in Jharkhand.
- To liaison with national/state/district level government departments for various skill based projects in the region.
Remuneration: Salary shall be based on industry standards.
