Position: Master Trainers (No. of vacancies: 02)
Location: Kerwadi Ta. Palam Dist. Parbhani, Maharashtra
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Having a background in social work, preferably MSW with experience of working on child
related issues, child rights, child development, etc.
Experience: Work experience of 4 to 5 years including experience with conducting training
Skills required:
— Good skills of training delivery
— Good communication skills
— Basic computer skills, knowledge of MS word, excel, internet
— Travelling among districts in Maharashtra
— Fluency in local language in both Marathi & Hindi
— Workable understanding of English
— Preferably good in writing reports in English
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Master Trainer would be responsible for the effective execution of training sessions during the programme. The master trainer would be thoroughly trained in depth child care and development. The master trainer would also play an important role in mentoring and assessment of the children homes. The position would report to the Project Coordinator.
