Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Agriculture Or Allied Sector or Agriculture Extension or Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field

Job Overview: Industry Tie Ups for large scale placement of Skilled Manpower being made available in Agriculture Sector
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interface with Industry, Academia & Govt. Organizations on Skill requirements
- Creating a database of local level industry associations, individual stakeholders with an objective to increase the Industry connect base of ASCI.
- Will be responsible for Demand Aggregation, Job role wise and state wise for Agriculture sector
- Will be responsible for corporate and industry tie- ups.
- Will be responsible for promoting National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme(NAPS) amongst Industry
- Will be responsible for finding new Avenues for placement of our certified Trainees in various segments of Agriculture Industries and assist in placing certified candidates in Wage employment jobs & Apprenticeship
- Have to visit various Agriculture Industries and meet their HR
- Most of the profile will be B2B related, interacting with various stakeholders from the industry (like higher officials of Agriculture Industries)
- Organising and facilitating Job Fairs in collaboration with Industry & State Govt./Other stakeholders
- To liaise with local and regional employers and work with clients to arrange potential work placements.
- Contribute to team meetings and organisational priorities and abide by organisational policies and practices.

โข Job Melas /Placement Drive being conducted.
โข Placement Percentage increase
