B-ABLE looking for Chief Operating Officer

Position: Chief Operating Officer
Reporting to: CEO & MD

Location: Delhi

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Age Limit: Between 38 to 50 years as of October 31, 2016
Educational Qualification: MBA and or B.Tech. desirably from premier institutions
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years in leadership position managing teams as COO or Operations/ business head in a recognized organization
Exposure: Apart from business development, at least 2 fields of human Resources recruitment and deployment, field operations, back office operations, finance and accounts functions

Skills required: While the position seeks range of competencies, possessing the following are critical.

— Coping, Tolerance for ambiguity
— Goal setting and performance orientation
— Initiative
— Networking and relationships

— Willing to travel to field locations for understanding field challenges and offer solutions and also to meet various collaborators. A minimum of 8 days of travel is expected in a month.

Roles and Responsibilities: Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overlooking Business development, business field operations and back office support functions. Heads of Business Development, Execution and Support functions shall report to COO.

Remuneration: A minimum of Rs 24 lakhs per annum. Remuneration will be commensurate with the profile of the candidate
