Home Management & Care Givers Sector Skill Council (HMCG SSC) invites vendors through this RFP for Qualification Pack Development, Development of Training Content & Translation in Hindi and Regional Languages, RPL Books & AEDP Curriculum for the Home Management & Care Givers Sector Skill to enhance the delivery & quality of learning for the Job Roles offered by HMCG SSC.
Objective of RFP
- Development of Qualification Packs (QPs), National Occupational Standards (NOS), Micro Credentials and Nano Credentials aligned to NSQF.
- Development of Training content including Participant Handbooks, Facilitator Guide, TDP &
PowerPoint Presentation and Question Banks - Translation of developed content into Hindi and multiple regional languages.
- Development of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) learning material.
- Development of AEDP (Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programme) curriculum.
Scope of Work
- Qualification Packs (QP) Development
- Develop QP Docket (QP, Model curriculum, Q-file, Other supportive document and format) for NSQC submission and approval
- Upload of Approved Qualification on SIDH with Equipment, Lab Requirement & Trainer Requirement
- Content & Curriculum Development
- Design and develop training content (Participant Handbooks, Facilitator Guide, TDP & PowerPoint Presentation) in alignment with the Model Curriculum
- Include interactive elements, case studies, relevant videos and Question Answer for each
module. - 01 Mock Assessment Question Paper (Theory, Practical & Viva) with 40 questions
- Translation Services
- Translate all developed English content into [mention languages, e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Assamese and Punjabi etc.]
- Ensure accurate technical vocabulary and culturally appropriate language.
- Proofreading and quality assurance before submission.
- Development of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) learning material
- AEDP Curriculum (Apprentice Embedded Degree Program)
*Developer shall dispatch the documents within timeline specified in the work order
Pre-Qualification Criteria
The invitation for bids is open to all entities in India who fulfill pre-qualification criteria as specified below:
- Corporate/Organizations registered under Companies Act or Societies Registration Act or registered as a Trust and is active and operational continuously anywhere in the country for the last three years on the date of application.
- The prospective Developer should have a minimum 3 years of experience in Qualification Pack, Training Content and Translation in regional languages (as mentioned in Part 2, scope of work).
- The prospective Developer should preferably have Qualification development related partnership with some sector skill councils in India
- The prospective organisation should preferably have Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Home Management Services, including housekeeping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry for households and establishments; Sanitation & Pest Control Services; and Caregiving Services, including Elderly Care & Assisted Living, Early Childhood Care & Development, Disability Support & Inclusive Care, and Pet Care.
- The prospective Developer should have a valid GST registration number
- The Developer should not have been blacklisted by any donor agency/State Government / Central Government or its agencies.
Note: The applicant may be required to submit details of the proposed project team, including:
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Instructional Designers
- Translators / Language Experts
- Quality Review Experts (if applicable)
- Project Coordinator / SPOC
Language of RFP: The proposal and all correspondence and documents shall be written in English.
Mode of Submission: Offline. The RFP in its complete form in all respects as specified in this invitation of RFP must be submitted to HMCGSSC at the address given below.
