Home Management & Care Givers Sector Skill Council (HMCGSSC) is inviting RFP proposals from interested and eligible vendors for Stationary & Printing. Prospective Providers who meet the pre-qualification criteria may furnish their Request for Proposal (RFP)with all the necessary documents via email on or before 23rd May 2025.
About The Council:
HMCGSSC is a non-profit company(Sec.8) registered under the aegis of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India,(MSD&E) with the purpose to define and operate this key Sector wherein the Care Givers and Domestic Workers can find decent employment through proper skilling, work, and safe and smooth migration, minimum wages and other aspects of social security. The sub-sectors covered are Housekeeping/ household Services and Caregiving (Non-Clinical). HMCGSSC partners with Training Providers and Assessment bodies for imparting training, and certification and constantly upgrading the skilling ecosystem.
Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be required to supply the following items:
- Stationery Items:
- A4/A3 Printing Paper (75/100 GSM)
- Notepads, Sticky Notes
- Pens, Markers, Highlighters
- Files, Folders, Envelopes (Plain and Printed)
- Other regular office stationery
- Printing Services:
- Letterheads (Color/Mono)
- Visiting Cards
- ID Cards with Lanyards
- Customized Envelopes (Various sizes)
- Event Banners/Posters (as required)
- Certificates & Brochures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stationery supply and printing services
- GST registration and PAN card
- In-house or tie-up printing facility for quality assurance
- Capacity to deliver within specified timelines
- Previous experience with corporates or institutions (minimum 3 references)
