Request for Proposal for Skill & Placement Agency in Jharkhand

Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), Rural Development Department, Govt. of Jharkhand through its Letter No.: JSLPS/Skills/38 invites proposal from the registered Project Implementing Agency (PIA) with PRN No. to submit their proposals for implementation of DDUGKY/ROSHNI project in Jharkhand State. Interested agencies may submit their proposal online at www.erp.ddugky.info along with application fee of Rs. 25,000 drawn in favour of NIRDPR-DDUGKY (62431332037, NIRDPR Branch, Rajendar Nagar – Hyderabad, IFSC Code – SBIN0020965)

The proposals should be submitted on or before 10th March 2020, 6:00 PM. Applications received after aforesaid time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposals in any respect shall be summarily rejected and agency will have to re-submit application as per norms. Subsequent to the online submission soft copy may be emailed to aajeevikaskills.jharkhand@gmail.com. Applications are invited only for those PIAs who are fulfilling any of the following criteria:-

1. Captive employers who are ready to provide 100% placement target under captive employment in group companies or it’s subsidiary. Preference will be given to agencies that shall place candidates with salary of Rs. 10,000 or more. Further preference will be given to agencies that will train in Machine / Manufacturing related trades and ensure placement within the state.
2. Applications under Apparel Sector would not be accepted for other than from captive employers.
3. PIAs working under DDUGKY/ROSHNI project in any other state and have successfully received 2nd installment and fulfill the eligibility criteria enumerated in Ministry of Rural Development, GoI Notification No. 17/2017.
4. Government empanelled agencies as per Ministry of Rural Development, GoI Notification No. 65/2017.
5. Project for PWD candidates, PIAs who have experience in providing training and placement for PWD candidates in last five years.
