Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation invites request for proposals RFP for Selection of PMU for providing Services of Technical Manpower.

Background

Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) is the State’s Nodal agency for implementation of various national & stern funded skill development schemes. RSLDC operates by employing multi-pronged strategies to engage stakeholders from industries, training institutes, education sector, associations and government bodies with various active Skill Development Centres. Currently in the state, RSLDC is running Seven major schemes, of which two are Central managed and rest are State managed as under:

Scope of Work

The PMU will be responsible for providing certain services which would make RSLDC functional in all aspects at the headquarter level. Rajasthan is expanding the skill development, training and placement initiatives in the state and thus support of technical manpower for IT/MIS management, counselling, office administration and various other support staff is required.

There sources deployed by the agency will be dedicated full time for this service. The composition of resources to be deployed by the bidder is given in the document. Any further requirement of the resources must be fulfilled by the bidder as and when required by the RSLDC. The bidder will ensure that while selecting the resources for deployment, it will maintain the highest degree of quality. The bidder will ensure selection of only those candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed for the task to be performed.

While delivering the services envisaged in the corporation, it is estimated that 123 resources of varying level of experience and education are required for the initial period of18 months. Periodic assessment of the incremental requirements in services to be rendered will be communicated by the RSLDC. The agency will have to deploy additional resources to match additional service requirements when asked by RSLDC.
