Bid Document Fee and Bid Processing Fee: All Bidders have to pay a non-refundable Bid Document Fee of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousands only) payable to RSLDC and Bid Processing Fee of Rs 1,180/- (with GST) (One Thousand One Hundred Eighty only) payable to through e-payment mode to MD, RISL, GOR (ie NEFT RTGS/Credit Card/Debit Card) on E-Proc Portal
Bid Security: Bid Security of Rs 60,000/- (Sixty Thousand) in the allowable forms have to be submitted in favour of Managing Director, RSLDC“ pavable at Jaipur. The proof of Bid Security should be submitted in the office of Managing Director, RSLDC, EMI Campus. Jhalana Institutional Area. Jaipur- 302004 on or before 01:00 PM of 15-03-2021, failing which the bid will be rejected. This Bid Security will be refundable as per rules. If the selected bidder fails to submit the requisite performance guarantee or to execute the agreement, this Bid Security will be forfeited.

The Bids has to be submitted through online mode on eproc.rajasthan.gov.in . The Bid has to be submitted in online mode containing following cover stage-

The Managing Director, Rajasthan State Livelihood Development Corporation reserves the right to issue addendum/corrigendum/modification or to amend any or all conditions of this Bid Document or to accept or reject any or all proposal(s) or to cancel the whole of this RFP at any stage without assigning any reason thereof and no bidder shall have any cause of action or claim against the undersigned or RSLDC for the same.
