Trainer– Customer Relationship Manager (No. of vacancies: 01)
Essential Qualification: Graduate with 1 year of experience in CRM domain and 1 year of experience as a Teacher
Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the domain & 1 year of experience in Teaching
Competencies:
- Good Communication Skill with the ability of public speaking.
- Training quality with the ability to motivate the youths .
- Ability to generate leads for placing the candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobilization-To mobilize underpriviledged youths between 18 to 28 years.
- Training-To train them in the specific domain and to make the candidates job ready.
- Placement-To place the trained candidates in the relvent industry.
