Training Program on PFMS

Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is a financial management platform developed by the office of the Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Planning Commission. PFMS leverages a unique interface with the Core Banking System (CBS) of banks, to provide real-time reporting of banking transactions. All financial data captured by the system can therefore be reconciled with system authenticated transactions.

PFMS is now a must requirement for every Organization who runs any kind of Government Project and its scope and coverage is increasing . The purpose of the workshop is to provide the training on how to operate PFMS Portal. As the system has the potential to provide end-to-end, real-time financial reporting based on system authenticated transactions for all projects sanctioned under several schemes of Government of India (GOI).

About the Training Approach & What will Participants get

Different Aspects of PFMS system will be discussed in a practical environment wherein the participants will be made to learn and practice on a demo portal of PFMS and after the workshop participants will get PFMS Handbook and Participation Certificate.
