Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream Food Science/ Food technology with MBA in Agri Business Or Post Graduate in Food Science/ Food technology from Institutes viz. CFTRI, IIFPT, NIFTEM, NDRI, IGNOU and other reputed institutes
Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years of experience and having worked on large projects with an in depth demonstrated understanding of skill development in food processing
Job Overview: The applicant will develop, implement and manage one of the main Activities i.e. Affiliation of Training Centres as well as Training Partners which helps to fulfill FICSI’s strategic and fundraising objectives. The applicant will expand Training Partners Base PAN India so as to cover all Districts .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Affiliation of the Training Providers (PMKVY & Non PMKVY). Specific activities would include:
- Accreditation of New Training Centres
- Ensure the affiliation of New training providers in accordance with the protocol.
- Steer the affiliation processes to enable quality assurance in training.
- Evaluate the background & overall credibility of the training providers as per the organization standards.
- Ascertain the alignment of the curriculum developed by the training partners to the Curriculum & NOS.
- Scrutiny of the trainer’s profiles as per the standards developed by the organization.
- Accreditation of New Training Centres
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience

We aim at creating a robust and vibrant eco-system for quality education and skill development in the Food Processing Sector in the country. Since the food processing sector serves as a crucial link between Agriculture and Industry, the growth of this sector helps in the growth of agriculture sector through backward linkages and also to the industry sector of which it is itself an important constituent and therefore to the overall GDP growth.
FICSI is in the process to train, certify and accredit 9.3 million workforce comprising of wage workers, entrepreneurs and extension workers, over 10 years through its training partners.
