Chandigarh : 1. With reference to the Request for Proposal for engagement of Technical Consultancy firm as Project Management Unit (PMU) for Haryana Skill Development Mission, following terms are amended as under :
Point No. L of Time Lines under Section 47 i.e. Project Cost putting cap on the total value of the project at Rs. 100 Lakhs for 2 years has been amended and may be read as under:
“Project cost will be market discovered-as per the bid (L1) and if need be negotiations will also be made”.
2. As per Section 45-eligibility criteria: Bids to be submitted by sole bidder only. The sole bidder cannot be a part of any consortium and no joint venture is allowed in this bid.Accordingly, Clause 1.5.1 of Section 8 i.e. technical bid and clause ii(a) of Section 18 i.e. format and signing of bid are deleted
