Imphal : This is an Expression of Interest (EoI) No. 11/2017/MSSD(CMST) floated for empanelment of suitable Training Provider(s) to conduct Skill Development Training for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) in Manipur under Manipur Society for Skill Development, Department of Labour & Employment in coordination with Department of Social Welfare, Government of Manipur under the scheme of Chief Ministergi Shotharabasingi Tengbang(CMST).
The scheme/programme would cover PwD with not less than 40% disability certificate issued by a competent authority. 30% of the seats would be reserved for women candidates. Candidates should be a citizen of India and residing in Manipur. Age be more than 18 yrs. and below 45 yrs. as on the date of application. Training programme is for PwD only and candidates should not have undergone any skill development programme sponsored by Govt. of India/Govt. of Manipur during the last 2 years prior to the last date of application.
Interested Training Providers having qualified trainers may submit their EoIs on or before 19th April, 2018 by 16:00 hrs with a demand draft of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in favour of “Mission Director, Manipur Society for Skill Development (MSSD)” payable at Imphal as nonrefundable processing fee. The proposals will open at 16:30 hrs on the same day. Late submission will not be entertained.
MSSD invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from reputed Firms/ Organization/ Institutions/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body(s)/TP preferably registered with NSDC/SSC for empanelment as Training Provider (TP) fulfilling the criteria as given in Annexure – II to conduct Skill Development Training Programme in Manipur for the Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
The applicants would be evaluated sector/trade/job role wise on the basis of documents submitted as per the qualification criteria, field verification of the premises of TPs and presentation to the Technical Evaluation Committee (as notified by the State Govt.) for empanelment. The empanelled Training Providers shall be shortlisted as per the requirement of the Skill Development Programme of State Govt. and the Training Providers will be issued Request For Proposal (RFP) and shall be restricted to provide training under that sector/ trade/ Job role only as per the terms & conditions laid down in the RFP document.
