ENGINEERING PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD. invites online EOI for Selection of Experienced Agencies as Master System Integrator/ Implementation Agency for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Products & Solutions (including Operation & Maintenance, wherever applicable) used in Renewable Energy & Skill Development Sectors through Rate Contract across India.

Scope of work

EPI invites bids from eligible, competent and experienced agencies who are capable of executing the upcoming projects of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Products & Solutions (including Operation & Maintenance, wherever applicable) used in Renewable Energy & Skill Development Sectors through Rate Contract across India.

The brief scope of work for this EOI/ Rate Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Products & Solutions used in Renewable Energy & Skill Development Sectors, including Operation & Maintenance/ Comprehensive Maintenance, wherever required by the End Client, across India.
The Agency shall invariably be able to supply all the required items (100%) of the Category(ies) in which it is empanelled, as per the technical specifications/ brand/ model, in full quantities, as per the project requirement of the End Client.
The quantity to be supplied during the Rate Contract is not fixed and will be decided based on the actual requirement of the End Client. The currency of the contract shall be Indian Rupees (INR) and payments shall be made in INR.
The specifications furnished in this EOI are general and indicative in nature only. The actual specifications, quantities and technical requirements may vary depending upon the specific project requirements. The Agency shall be responsible for offering, designing and supplying suitable products and associated services in accordance with applicable standards, statutory requirements and project-specific requirements.
The scope shall cover site survey and assessment of site conditions, design and engineering, manufacturing, packing and forwarding, transportation up to the project site, loading and unloading, transit insurance, safe storage at site, erection/ installation, preliminary testing, commissioning, performance testing and handing over of the complete system to the End Client in satisfactory operating condition, including all associated components, accessories, civil/ electrical works and services. (The freight and delivery element of this scope is priced separately at the Client Tender stage, as per Section IX-A(b) and (c), since the delivery locations are not known at the EOI stage.)
For Renewable Energy projects: including, wherever applicable, interconnection of the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power System with the building’s electrical system through the Central Junction Box (CJB), liaison with DISCOMs/ State Nodal Agencies for approvals, net-metering and grid synchronisation, and remote monitoring systems.
For Skill Development projects: including, wherever applicable, supply of trade-wise tool kits, smart classroom solutions, laboratory/ workshop equipment and training aids, installation/ configuration of hardware, software and digital content.
Warranty, Comprehensive Maintenance/ AMC and Operation & Maintenance as per End Client requirement, including deployment of qualified manpower, a help-desk with a dedicated contact number, and maintenance of a stock of spares for immediate replacement.
Replacement, free of cost, of any equipment/ accessory found defective during post supply inspection/ testing, as per the instructions of the End Client.
The Agency shall be responsible for any shortcoming in the Bill of Material (BoM), which shall be rectified free of cost or as per the End Client’s requirement.
Maintenance of documentation on the progress of work, submission of reports/ as-built drawings/ manuals, and regular updates to EPI and the End Client.
Any item or activity not specifically mentioned but necessary for the completion of the work in all respects as per the End Client’s requirements shall be deemed to be included in the scope of the Agency.
