A three months long skill development training programme is going on to get under way on beauty culture and hair dressing at Fresh Looks complex in Kokrajhar in which hundreds of trainees from various parts of the district are participating. It has been organized by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurs (IIE), Guwahati in association with Fresh Look saloon and SPA, Kokrajhar under the sponsorship of Assam State Urban Livelihood Mission Society.
An official team from IIE led by director Manaj Kumar Das at the training programme and interacted with trainees. Mr. Das said, ‘The training was started from December and has been imparting to try to educate girls and women on the beauty culture and hair dressing. The training programme has been aimed to give knowledge about keeping beauty culture and hair dressing among society’.
Prasant Goswami,Utpal Bayan, faculty members of IIE and Durga Mahan Goyary, proprietor of Fresh Look saloon, Kokkrajhar were also present on the day.
