Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ Graduation in Garment/Apparel Sector
Experience:
— 2-3 years of relevant experience in Garment/Apparel Sector or have qualified Assessor Competency Evaluation (ACE) Test for Garment Sector.
— Assessors empaneled with SSC-AMH or NSDC are also eligible.
— The contracted Assessors of DGT, MSDE and SSCs can get an authority letter from their Assessing Bodies to empanel with us
Skills required:
— Good communication skills and ability to communicate in the local language.
— Cross-functional understanding.
— Understanding of factors for assessment of competencies at various levels.
Roles and Responsibilities: To conduct an online/offline assessment of trainees at the Training Center & provide inputs on the quality of training.Also to ensure quality in process of assessment.
