Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MSW / MBA / Graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Skills required: Channel development, Relationship management, Recruitment, Bulk Hiring
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Vendor development for steady entry level manpower supply.
— Work closely with vendors to generate more walk-in or application for the opening
— Person should have handled volume hiring preferably on third party
— Willing to travel across the region to develop manpower supplier
— Exposure to B/ C/ D class town hiring for entry level roles
— Exposure to job fair/ campus/ NGO/ training partner hiring or candidate mobilization
Remuneration: 3 Lacs per annum

Through the employment marketplace model, Pramaan will aggregate, screen and channel skilled manpower from training agencies, manpower suppliers, NGOs and local administrations onto a single database to match a company’s employee demand with the necessary supply.
Pramaan offers a wide-ranging recruitment solutions which include Apprentice, semi-skilled and certified candidates. Due to the vast network the business enterprises would have access to manpower from Tier I,II, III cities and at village /block levels across India. The candidates are screened, scientifically matched and shortlisted for the interviews. This reduces the effort, cost and time for the Hiring Managers. Pramaan offers placement support for skill training providers, NGOs and industrial training institutes (ITI). The candidates are exposed to corporates and business enterprises seeking to employ blue collared and grey collared workforce.
