Job Overview: The Project Implementation Officer is responsible for the tracking and coordination of the quality and on-time delivery of operational work scopes for QSEC. They act as the point of communication for planning, directing and coordinating operations related QSEC projects, to ensure that objectives are achieved on time, on budget and at a high level of quality. The role carries out actions as directed by the Director of Operations. This role must interpret task direction and ensure all required actions are carried out during the week while reporting to the Director of Operations. The main driver in this role is to ensure that operational targets are maintained as per the instruction of the Director of Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administration Task
- Accurate data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate record keeping stored in secure locations
- Creation of reports as required by Directors
- Assist staff with handling and maintaining files and cabinets etc within 10mins of their request
- Printing or scanning of training or business documents for staff members within timely manner
- Delivery/Collection of invoices/financial documents etc within 30mins of request time or by given deadline
- Liaise and collect/deliver documents to local government officials/departments
- Personal Assistant: Act as a Personal Assistant for Senior Management Team Members, performing ad-hoc tasks as directed
- Facilities
- Supervision of housekeeping staff to ensure clean and tidy workspaces
- Initiate process for repairs and maintenance within 2 days of problem and ensure service delivery in line with required time frame
- Provision of filled water bottles to all staff prior to 9.30am office open time
- Finance
- Deposits/withdrawals of cash/cheques from local bank accounts
- Payments to vendors when required
- Purchase and collection of required petty local purchases
- Policy Compliance
- Comply with ARC guidelines and procedures at all times in a timely and accurate manner
- Use of IT systems as directed and in accordance with ARC procedures
- Maintain regular contact with ARC by checking and replying to emails and all messages each working day
- Attend organized meetings as requested
Remuneration: INR 1,80,000 annually
