ATPI and DTE to organize state level workshop on ‘requirement of change in engineering curriculum and skill development’

Bhopal : Realizing the need to improve the skills of students pursuing technical courses, the Association of Technical and Professional Institutes (ATPI) and Directorate Technical Education (DTE) will organize a state-level workshop from September 2. ATPI secretary, BS Yadav, said the theme of the workshop will be ‘requirement of change in engineering curriculum and skill development with reference to IT sector’.

“The objective is to discuss and suggest ways to improve skill development in students, which is the most important aspect in the contemporary educational system,” he said.

Experts from various companies and industries will deliver lecture on the occasion. Principal secretary, technical education, Kalpana Shrivastava, termed such workshops fruitful for both students and industries.
