Position: Regional Head (Skills) – South
Location: Hyderabad , Telangana and Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with good communication skills (written and oral) in English and local language (Telugu).
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience of capacity building efforts particularly involving skill development projects (South region only)
Skills required:
- Strong sense of professional commitment, maturity & social accountability.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, including writing skills in English and Telugu required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the district, state and out of state as per project needs.
- Willing to work in a start up environment with performance oriented mindset.
Job Overview: The position of Regional Head (Skills) is to manage the project operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states and shall also find business tie-ups with organizations for new business opportunities in skill development sector in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To manage the operations of skill development projects in the south states (mainly Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)
- To generate leads for organizational tie ups in south region particularly in skill development sector.
- Business development activities to set up skill based training centers in South region.
- To lead and manage the ongoing projects and operations of training centers in the region.
- To liaison with national/state/district level government departments for various skill based projects in the region.
- To manage the operational team and align the operations to the overall goals of the organization.
Remuneration: Salary shall be based on industry standards.

SAB is an empanelled training partner for various government departments at central and state level. SAB has been working in more than 10 states in the country with a network of 45+ training centers across the regions.
In the South region, SAB is an empanelled training provider for APSSDC, TS MEPMA, APSMFC and other departments. With a network of more than 20 training centers in South Region, SAB has been training youth of AP and Telangana states to enhance their employability. The youth being trained in these states belong to various categories such as Urban Poor, SC/ST, Minority, industrial workforce (for skills up-gradation) and other unemployed youth.
