Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM) invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY 2.0) from Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Gol for placement linked skill development training under DDUGKY 2.0 for a total of 3000 candidates in the state of Haryana .
Interested PIAs under category-A may submit their proposal online and are advised to go through the detailed guidelines and SoP of DDUGKY 2.0 for captive employment
While preparing the proposal, latest CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into account. The appraisal of the project proposals shall be carried out based on Captive Employer Notification No. 18/2020 dated 06th October 2020 MoRD (Rural Skills Division), Gol. Also, the prospective PIAs are encouraged to thoroughly read and comply with DDUGKY 2.0 guidelines, SoP 2.0, and notification/ orders issued by Ministry of Rural Development, and Haryana SRLM, including any subsequent updates or modifications available and issued by MoRD, Gol website (https://Kaushal.rural.gov.in) before applying the project. Further, PIAs may keep into consideration below mentioned points before applying:
- Training for target of 3000 candidates will be for residential courses only.
- Duration of the proposal will be action plan year 2025-28.
- Applicant agency should submit proposal with duration of the courses with minimum 576 hours of skilling and maximum 2304 hours of skilling.
- The preference will be given to the applicants who applied for captive employment providing higher wages than minimum applicable wages for the State of Haryana, more than 70% placement targets, including 5% beneficiaries of total training targets from PwD category and mobilization from Aspirational District i.e. Nuh.
- The PIA will have to pay non-refundable application fees for an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) plus applicable GST.
