Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms/Companies and institutions to develop innovative computer applications. These applications will support various initiatives aimed at enhancing technical education, skill development, and employment opportunities.
The primary objective of this EOI is to identify capable firms/Companies and institutions that can design, develop, and implement computer applications tailored to the department’s needs. These applications should facilitate efficient management, monitoring, and evaluation of educational and skill development programs.
Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) is looking for organizations who have:
- Proven experience in developing similar applications.
- Strong technical expertise and a skilled development team.
- Ability to deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
- Excellent track record of government client satisfaction.
Special Condition:
- The developed applications, along with all source code and supporting documentation, will be fully handed over to one of the designated government development agencies, which include MPSEDC, CRISP, and NIC, for ongoing maintenance and future enhancements,
- Mandatory development technology in areas of dot.net and MS SQL Server.

This EOI is to develop and implement web applications for various initiatives aimed at enhancing education, innovation and industry engagement. The vendor will be responsible for coding, platform development and system integration to enable seamless participation:

Terms and Conditions:
- This EOI does not commit Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) to award a contract or to engage in negotiations.
- All materials submitted by the bidder will become the property of Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) and may be returned completely at its sole discretion.
- At any time prior to the last date for receipt of EOI, Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder, modify the EOI Document by a corrigendum.
- The Corrigendum (if any) & clarifications to the queries from all bidders will be posted on the https://globalskillspark.in/
- Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) may terminate the EOI process at any time without assigning any reason.
- This EOI does not constitute an offer by Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) The participation in this process may result in short listing of the eligible bidders through RFP.
- EOI proposal shall consist of supporting proofs and documents as defined in the qualification section.
- Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSRGSP) reserves the right to modify and amend any of the above-stipulated condition/criterion depending upon project priorities vis-à-vis urgent commitments.
