Electronic Bids are invited by Director, Skill Development on behalf of Government of Tripura under single bid e-procurement systems through website from the interested National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) SMART Portal/ Skill India Portal registered Training Providers and all who are currently imparting any training programme under Directorate of Skill Development, Government of India for conducting skill development training for the youth of urban areas under EST&P component of DAY-NULM.
The firms who are not blacklisted or debarred or suspended by the Government for whatever the reason, prohibiting them not to continue in the contracting business.
