Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in Skill Development Industry
Skills required: Good communication skills. Hands-on experience in Govt. Skill Development Projects like DDUGKY, PBSSD, PMKVY.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobilize students for Training, conduct pre & post placement activity of students for trade like Solar, Hospitality, Retail, IT, Security etc.
- Establishes workloads, assigns tasks and reviews result.
- Groom trainees and finally counsel and motivate trainees for job lineups.
- Liaison with with Govt. officials and CSR agencies.
- Monitoring and ensure the quality training of the students.
- Prepare periodic reports and MIS reports for Skill Training.
Remuneration: INR 2 lakh per annum
