Position: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Skill Development
Location: Delhi/NCR(National Capital Region) , Noida ,Lucknow
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA/Post Graduation in rural development or related field from reputed institute
Experience: Must possess work experience of minimum 4-8 years in programs implementation of skill development. Preferably from health/ medical sector.
Skills required:
— Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
— Ability to work independently
— Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
— Possess good writing and presentation skill
— Excellent management and organizational skills
Job Role
— Liasoning & Coordination with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), MORD,SSC, Ministry of Skill Development and etc. for skill development programmes.
— Vocational/Skill Training implementation, Corporate ties ups (Placement & CSR).
— To develop process and implement Skill development & vocational training centers effectively.
— Responsible for facilitating training to candidates in various domains under Skills Development Training Program, their assessment along with employment to enrolled candidates.
— Monitoring project progress involving coordination with various government agencies and project partners to ensure smooth execution of projects within the time & cost norms.
— Responsible for qualitative and quantitative deliverables of the program.
— Provides ongoing guidance and support to projects staff, including the use of best practices for projects development and implementation.
— Planning, strategizing, monitoring, evaluation, training & capacity building, MIS, Preparation and review of budget.
— In addition to present responsibilities, ensure execution of any other responsibility/ temporary assignment if required by management.
