Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate/MSW/Undergraduate
Experience: 1-2 years experience in skill-related activities and mobilization
Skills required:
- Liaison skills
- Ability to travel to remote areas
- Result Oriented.
- Good communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to mobilize students from training places and create batches on time
- Provide each detail of courses and scheme to students to understand about the training program
- Organizing market campaign in the rural/urban areas for Publicity
- Collecting and Maintaining the database of the students
- Counselling candidates
- Follow-up with students and parents
- Ensure that mobilized students attend the training program
