Notice: NSDC Announces Closure of Sub-Schemes under SANKALP

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), releases a notice about the various skill schemes being implemented under the umbrella scheme Skills Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion ( SANKALP ).

NSDC is a PPP enterprise working under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, has been running various schemes and programs such as PMKVY, SANKALP, TITP and so on, to catalyse the skilling ecosystem for private sector participation and be the strategic implementation and knowledge partner to Skill India Mission to build efficient vocational training initiatives, empowering India’s youth. 

In the notice, NSDC states that “Please be advised that, pursuant to the approval of the competent authority, the YUVA-2 (Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan), AMBER (Accelerated Mission for Better Employment and Retention), AVSAR (Aspirational Vision of Skill, Awareness, and Livelihood Promotion) & DLI-7 (Gram Panchayat Level) under SANKALP shall be formally and fully terminated effective June 15, 2025. As of this date, no further financial or non-financial claim(s), queries, or grievances related to these programs will be accepted or processed.

This notice serves as final communication regarding the closure of the aforementioned programs.
