National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) intend to engage a Consultancy Firm/ Agency for Programme Management Unit (PMU) to support its regulatory, monitoring, policy, communication and outreach functions, details of which have been provided in the RFP document (refer the link below). Corrigendum and responses to pre-bid meeting are announced. Date for submission has also been extended by 7 days.
Scope of Work
The Programme Management Unit (PMU) will provide comprehensive support to NCVET through the following major domain intervention as may be required:
- Monitoring analysis & digital system support
- Assist NCVET in Management of Employability skills, Life skills and Soft Skills Module:
- Assist NCVET in Communication and Advocacy activities
Issuance of Corrigendum and Responses to Pre-Bid Queries – Bid No. GEM/2026/B/7713682
With reference to Bid No. GEM/2026/B/7713682 dated 27.06.2026, published on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The Pre-Bid Meeting was conducted on 10th July 2026 at Kaushal Bhawan, New Delhi, with participation from representatives of six (06) organizations. Further, queries were also received through email from prospective bidders, in accordance with the provisions of the RFP/Bid.
Based on the deliberations held and the approval accorded by the Competent Authority, there are various amendments have been made to the clauses as well as the date has been extended to 27th July 2026
